In this group setting
… we will explore 5 different herbal teas, and discuss the therapeutic value of each and partake in tea meditation. We will discuss rituals and ceremonies that you can incorporate to enhance the experience, and depending on the season, explore the plants in their natural setting with a guided walk through my gardens.

I understand that some things come up at the last minute that cannot be anticipated, in those situations please get in touch via phone or email and we will work together to reschedule. Outside of that, please give me 48 hours notice to any changes in appointments.
